I'm Elise Hart — a former operator turned executive coach. Before coaching, I led teams through two acquisitions and one very public failure, which taught me more than any certification could.

How do we get started?
It begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll talk through where you are, what you're carrying, and whether the work is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
How are sessions held?
Almost all coaching is done over video, which keeps things flexible across time zones. New York–based clients can meet in person on request.
Is everything confidential?
Completely. What's said in our sessions stays between us — including with anyone who may be sponsoring your coaching.
What if it isn't working?
If after the first three sessions you don't feel it's valuable, you can stop and I'll refund the remainder, no questions asked.
