I'm a total beginner — is that ok?
Absolutely. Most members started exactly there. Every movement is scaled to you, and your first week includes a 1:1 assessment so coaches know how to coach you.
What's the free trial?
Seven days of unlimited classes plus a movement assessment — completely free, no card required to start.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, freeze for up to 8 weeks a year for travel, injury, or life. No fees.
Do you have showers & parking?
